The QuakeLogic QL-Fortis 300HT is a high-performance 300 kN electromechanical universal testing system. It is engineered for precise mechanical testing at room temperature and elevated temperatures up to 1000 °C. Designed for research laboratories, universities, and institutional testing facilities, the QL-Fortis 300HT delivers exceptional accuracy, structural rigidity, and long-term reliability. Thus, it is ideal for demanding material characterization applications.
The system features a precision four-column load frame optimized through finite element analysis. This reduces deflection under maximum load conditions. A servo-driven AC motor and high-precision ball screw assembly provide smooth, backlash-free crosshead motion. Hence, it ensures repeatable force and displacement control across the full operating range.
For elevated-temperature testing, the QL-Fortis 300HT integrates a three-zone high-temperature furnace capable of stable and uniform heating up to 1000 °C. The book-type opening furnace design enables safe specimen access while maintaining perfect alignment with the load train. Advanced PID thermal control ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the specimen gauge length.
The system supports a wide range of standardized mechanical tests. These include tensile testing, high-temperature tensile testing, three-point bending, and flattening tests. Compliance with ASTM and ISO standards is ensured. An integrated touchscreen controller and dedicated testing software offer real-time monitoring, automated test execution, advanced data acquisition, and comprehensive reporting capabilities.
