OVERVIEW
Description
The SR04 GeoBox is a compact, reliable, and easy-to-use triaxial seismograph, designed for ambient seismic noise recording, earthquake monitoring, and structural vibration analysis. Built on SADC20 technology, it integrates electrodynamic sensors (4.5Hz to 0.1Hz) and can be equipped with an optional GPS module for precise synchronization across multiple units.
Effortless Data Acquisition & Processing
Designed for passive seismic and structural vibration surveys, this instrument offers a compact, reliable, and user-friendly experience. With Log-MT software (part of the SeismoWIN Suite), deployment and setup take just minutes, transforming any standard PC or laptop into a powerful seismic station. The system enables real-time HVSR surveys and vibration analysis in compliance with UNI 9916 & 9614 standards. Data is recorded in MiniSEED, SAF, H-V, and GSE formats, ensuring seamless compatibility with third-party software for advanced analysis. Additionally, data processing is streamlined using GeoExplorer HVSR (part of the GeoExplorer Suite), making analysis even more efficient.
Robust & Field-Ready
Lightweight & Portable – Weighs 3.1kg (4.4kg with 2Hz sensors)
Temperature Resilient – Operates between -20°C to +60°C
Easy Deployment – Fully operational within minutes
Trusted Worldwide
SR04 GeoBox is used globally by seismologists, engineers, and researchers in countries including USA, Norway, Mexico, South Africa, Turkey, Spain, India, and more.
