Description
The QL-SYF51 Handheld Rebar Scanner is a high-precision non-destructive testing (NDT) instrument. It is engineered for fast and accurate detection of reinforcing steel within concrete structures.
It measures rebar location, spacing, concrete cover thickness, and estimated rebar diameter with exceptional reliability.
Using an advanced electromagnetic induction sensor, the device delivers stable performance even on rough surfaces.
With dual-range detection (6–90 mm low range, 7–190 mm high range) and ±1–2 mm measurement accuracy, the QL-SYF51 is suitable for structural assessments. It is applicable in buildings, bridges, tunnels, highways, water facilities, and critical civil infrastructure.
All measurements can be saved onboard. The device can store >30,000 data points. These data can subsequently be exported via USB for reporting. This process is done using QuakeLogic Structural Analysis Software.
