QL – 2-Ton Electro-Mechanical Shake Table
The 2-Ton Electro-Mechanical Shake Table delivers precise single-axis seismic testing with 1g acceleration, ±200 mm stroke, 0.1–15 Hz frequency range, and advanced earthquake simulation software.
OVERVIEW
Description
The 2-Ton Electro-Mechanical Shake Table provides accurate and repeatable seismic testing for laboratories, universities, and research centers. It uses a high-precision servo-electric drive system to create controlled single-axis motion. As a result, engineers can test structures, components, and geotechnical models under realistic dynamic conditions.
This system delivers 1g acceleration at full payload and a peak velocity of 1,000 mm/s. In addition, it offers an effective stroke of ±200 mm and a frequency range of 0.1 Hz to 15 Hz. These features help users run demanding seismic and vibration tests with confidence.
The table includes a 4.5 m × 1.5 m aluminum upper platform with threaded holes for flexible specimen mounting. The structure also uses low-friction linear guides and a precision-ground roller screw actuator. Therefore, the system provides smooth motion, strong rigidity, and reliable load handling.
Safety is a key part of the design. The shake table includes mechanical safety stops, limit switches, and inductive safety sensors. These features help prevent overtravel and protect the drive system during operation. Moreover, the aluminum tabletop supports rust prevention, while the waterproofing design supports flume-based testing applications.
The control system supports closed-loop PID motion control for precise response. It also includes digital I/O channels and high-precision displacement feedback options. As a result, users can monitor and control motion with high accuracy.
The included earthquake simulation software supports ASCII, CSV, and AT2 file imports. In addition, users can generate sine, square, triangle, sawtooth, and sine sweep signals. The software also includes filtering, scaling, FFT, SRS analysis, calibration tools, and real-time visualization. Because of this, the system works well for both advanced research and routine laboratory testing.
