OVERVIEW
Description
The GZ-GN4 four-component seismic intensity meter employs a three-axis MEMS accelerometer and one-axis short-period velocity sensor, featuring electromagnetic transduction and force-balanced feedback architecture. Its circuitry is housed in a sealed aluminum enclosure measuring 180mm×150mm×68mm, weighing approximately 2.2
kg. The built-in 10-year maintenance-free battery provides continuous power for about 5 minutes during external power outages. Utilizing force-balanced electronic feedback technology, the GZ-GN4 delivers exceptional dynamic range, wide frequency bandwidth, and excellent linearity. Calibration signals include pulse, sine wave, and random
code options. It supports external GPS synchronization and NTP time synchronization services, enhances power interference resistance, and features STA/LTA (Time-Sensitive Access) and level-triggered functionality STA/LTA+ level trigger combination, can be configured separately for each component voting; data management adopts internal storage space management, set earthquake event recording mode, select intensity calculation method, manually set system time, configure network server, internal system status monitoring, remote start of equipment.
