OVERVIEW
Description
The GL-PS2 is a compact, integrated portable short-period digital seismometer specifically engineered for mobile seismic monitoring applications. This compact device combines a three-component short-period feedback seismometer with a 24-bit data acquisition system, delivering integrated functionality, energy efficiency, and portability. Designed for mobile emergency surveys, reservoir seismic studies, and scientific array operations, the GL-PS2 incorporates a complete three-component displacement-sensitive short-period seismometer with a 2-second to 50 Hz response bandwidth. Its data acquisition module integrates real-time monitoring functions, including three-channel signal extraction and filtering, while providing users with both minimum-phase and linear-phase FIR filters. Equipped with an embedded Linux operating system, the device ensures robust data management and transmission capabilities. Through LAN interfaces, it supports multi-channel continuous real-time data streaming and remote FTP file downloads. The built-in 8GB expandable storage enables long-term data preservation for extended monitoring periods.
