SHAKETABLE 2 TON (UNIAXIAL OR BIAXIAL)
A high-precision, maintenance-free shake table designed for structural, geotechnical, mechanical, and aerospace testing. Available in uniaxial or biaxial configurations, it features a 2m x 1.5m table, 2-ton payload capacity (@ ±1g), and ±200mm stroke. The servo-electro-mechanical system ensures low power consumption, three-phase power operation, and precise closed-loop PID control. Fully operable via PC software, it supports earthquake simulation, custom waveforms, and remote IP-based control, providing a turnkey solution for advanced research and testing.
OVERVIEW
Description
Designed for structural, geotechnical, mechanical, and aerospace research applications, the QuakeLogic Uniaxial Shake Table is a servo electro-mechanical test system. It delivers high-precision motion control through a closed-loop PID control architecture.
Unlike hydraulic shake tables, the system operates with low power consumption, compact footprint, and minimal maintenance. This makes it a cost-effective and reliable solution for advanced dynamic testing and academic or research laboratories.
The system is capable of replaying recorded earthquake time histories and generating standard waveforms (sine, triangle, random, etc.). It also executes user-defined acceleration- or displacement-time profiles with high fidelity.
