Description
QL-Mini-Laser-Displacement-Sensor is a high-performance laser ranging solution. It is engineered for accurate, non-contact distance measurement in demanding environments. Using a Class 1 laser, it is completely safe for human exposure and environmentally friendly. Thus, it is suitable for both indoor and controlled outdoor use.
With a measurement range of 4 cm to 4 meters (about 1.57 in to 157.5 in), this sensor delivers reliable millimeter-level data through TTL serial (ASCII) or RS485 Modbus communication. The high-speed update capability (up to 100 Hz) allows seamless integration into real-time control systems. Furthermore, it integrates with motion platforms. It also integrates with monitoring applications.
The sensor features multiple measurement modes, including high precision, high speed, and long-distance modes. This allows users to optimize performance based on accuracy, response time, or operating conditions. An integrated alarm output enables threshold-based triggering for safety and automation use cases.
