The QL – Biaxial Hydraulic Shake Table (5-Ton, 2 m × 2 m) is engineered for advanced structural dynamics, seismic qualification, and vibration testing. It is designed to replicate real earthquake ground motions and dynamic load conditions. Additionally, the system provides high acceleration, large stroke, and wide frequency bandwidth under full payload conditions.
The system supports ±1 g acceleration at full 5-ton payload, with a ±200 mm stroke and operational frequencies ranging from 0.01 to 50 Hz. Its robust servo-hydraulic actuators, precision motion control system, and advanced earthquake simulation software ensure accurate reproduction of recorded seismic data. In addition, these features enable custom waveform profiles.
Delivered as a complete turnkey solution, the shake table includes hydraulic power units, accumulators, control electronics, and software. It also comes with on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training.
