Description
The EDAS-24HR is a high-resolution, wide dynamic range seismic data acquisition system with low-latency real-time data streams, designed for use in seismic observation stations, earthquake early warning systems, and integrated seismic monitoring networks. It converts multiple analog voltage inputs into digital outputs while supporting
data acquisition, recording, and network/serial port transmission. Featuring compact design, lightweight construction, and energy-efficient operation, the device provides comprehensive compatibility with instruments ranging from very broadband seismometers to strong-motion accelerometers, meeting diverse seismic observation requirements.
Available in three-channel and six-channel configurations, the three-channel version includes 3 high-speed analog input channels and 3 low-speed analog input channels, supporting a triaxial seismometer with dedicated low-speed analog inputs for zero-point calibration. The six-channel configuration features 6 high-speed and 6 low-speed analog
input channels, enabling simultaneous operation of two triaxial seismometers.
The EDAS-24HR input amplifier features three balanced differential input channels, significantly enhancing its common-mode interference resistance. With four measurement range settings (±20V, ±10V, ±5V, and ±2.5V) designed for various seismometer applications, the device supports flexible range adjustment via software. The system is compatible
with products manufactured by Geolight Technology Co., Ltd In addition to the seismograph, it can also be connected to a third party manufacturer’s seismograph.
