OVERVIEW
Description
The intensity analysis software CSDP-QMAP, developed by Beijing Gangzhen Technology Co., Ltd., is a software platform suitable for monitoring strong seismic stations and calculating intensity distribution maps.
The software system utilizes a Browser/Server (B/S) architecture. Upon earthquake occurrence, the real-time processing system automatically generates and stores key seismic parameters including Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA), ground motion duration, peak excitation period, response spectrum, and instrument intensity values in the database. The strong-motion analysis software also stores these computational results. Users can access real-time visualization of these calculated data from all strong-motion stations through a web browser interface.
Furthermore, the system supports the calculation of intensity values and PGA (Peak Ground Acceleration) for critical sites using seismic attenuation formulas and intensity attenuation formulas. After computation, it enables the generation of intensity contour lines based on both site-intensity data and instrument measurements, as well as PGA contour lines derived from site-PGA values and station-PGA readings. The system provides a user interface for configuring the attenuation formulas to be applied during calculations and setting key site parameters involved in computations.
