Description
QL-REDSPRAY is a professional virtual reality–based painting and coating simulator designed for training, skill assessment, and quality improvement. It is used in industrial painting, coating, and surface preparation processes.
The simulator features a high-realism VR environment with fast installation. It also offers a user-friendly touchscreen interface, allowing operation with a single button. Moreover, QL-REDSPRAY can be used in classrooms, workshops, or training centers. It supports HDMI output for connection to TVs or projectors.
QL-REDSPRAY enables training on flat, curved, and complex parts, including vehicle components and industrial workpieces. It supports multiple painting techniques, paint materials, and color types (gloss, semi-gloss, and matte). In addition, real-time motion tracking measures spray angle, distance, speed, and technique accuracy. Advanced defect visualization displays issues such as dripping, orange peel, and dry spray.
The system includes painting, abrasive blasting, and coating modules, along with Faraday mode functionality. All training data is stored locally, can be analyzed visually in 3D color-mapped views, and exported as PDF reports. With the optional Teacher System, instructors can remotely start simulations, monitor progress, and compare results across multiple users.
