QL-PlasmaForge EDU Series – Industrial CNC Plasma Cutting System
The QL-PlasmaForge EDU Series is an industrial-grade CNC plasma cutting system engineered specifically for educational and workforce training environments. It delivers professional cutting performance, closed-loop servo precision, and comprehensive safety features, providing students with real-world manufacturing experience on true industrial equipment.
OVERVIEW
Description
The QL-PlasmaForge EDU Series delivers production-class CNC plasma cutting performance tailored for instructional and applied manufacturing environments. It is designed for technical schools, community colleges, vocational training centers, and workforce development programs. Therefore, the EDU Series bridges the gap between classroom instruction and real-world industrial fabrication.
Built on a rigid welded steel frame with an optimized aluminum gantry, the system ensures long-term accuracy and vibration damping. As a result, it provides repeatable cutting quality across the entire working envelope. In addition, closed-loop NEMA 34 servo motors, precision planetary gearboxes, and industrial linear guideways provide smooth, synchronized motion with exceptional positioning reliability.
The system supports a wide range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper alloys. Moreover, from thin-gauge precision cutting to heavy-duty plate processing, students gain hands-on experience. They work with the same technology used in modern fabrication facilities.
The integrated CNC control platform includes professional 2D CAD software and plasma-optimized CAM tools. The platform also features an intuitive control interface housed in an IP65-rated industrial enclosure. Additionally, automatic torch height control, magnetic breakaway protection, and comprehensive safety systems ensure consistent cut quality. These features maintain OSHA-compliant operation in supervised learning environments.
Each QL-PlasmaForge EDU system is delivered as a complete turnkey solution. This includes factory testing, professional delivery, on-site installation, commissioning, instructor training, and a comprehensive two-year parts and labor warranty.
