OVERVIEW
Description
The GL-PIS30 Seismic Sensor is a compact, integrated short-period seismometer specifically engineered for mobile and high-density seismic monitoring. This device combines a three-component PMS10 short-period seismometer with a battery compartment, featuring BeiDou time synchronization capability and a lock-free mechanism for a space-efficient design. Key specifications include: a sensing range of 0.033Hz–150Hz; dimensions of 150mm diameter × 180mm height; and capacitive displacement transduction technology with force-balanced electronic feedback, delivering three-axis outputs (UD, EW, NS). It runs on an embedded architecture with an ARM processor and Linux OS. For storage, it has a dual TF card system with internal continuous storage and external removable cards. Power is supplied by a large-capacity lithium battery that provides over 30 days of operation and recharges in under 8 hours.
