QL-HyperBench Reflectance System – Hyperspectral Reflectance Imaging System

The QL-HyperBench Reflectance System by QuakeLogic is a benchtop hyperspectral imaging platform for laboratory research. It supports VNIR and SWIR cameras and features a precision scanning stage with eight halogen lights. In addition, the system includes calibration tools, data acquisition software, and spectral analysis functions. A touchscreen laptop, remote training, and a three-year system warranty are also included.

OVERVIEW

Description

The QL-HyperBench Reflectance System is an advanced benchtop hyperspectral reflectance imaging system by QuakeLogic. It helps researchers capture and study spectral data in laboratory settings. Also, its integrated design makes sample scanning easier and more consistent.

Precision Hyperspectral Imaging

The system works with QL-HyperSpec VNIR and SWIR cameras. First, a linear scanning stage moves samples through the imaging area. Next, eight halogen lights provide even lighting during each scan. As a result, users can collect repeatable spectral data.

A white calibration board provides a reference for each scan. In addition, the software applies radiometric and dark-current correction. These features help users compare results with greater confidence.

Integrated Software and Data Analysis

The included software controls both the camera and scanning stage. It also captures and processes hyperspectral image data. Therefore, researchers can manage key imaging tasks through one system.

Furthermore, the software includes tools for calibration and spectral analysis. All required operating licenses are included. This helps users start their work without buying extra software licenses.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Precision linear scanning stage with tower
  • Compatible with QL-HyperSpec VNIR and SWIR cameras
  • Standard eight-fixture halogen lighting system
  • White calibration board for reflectance measurements
  • Radiometric and dark-current correction tools
  • Integrated data acquisition and analysis software
  • Hyperspectral image cube processing
  • Included software operating licenses
  • Optional six-fixture lighting configuration
  • Remote virtual training and technical support
  • Three-year system warranty

Complete Laboratory Setup

The QL-HyperBench includes the main tools needed for lab scanning. For example, the package provides lighting, a scanning stage, software, and a calibration board.

It also includes a 16-inch touchscreen laptop with 64 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD storage. Moreover, power supplies, cables, manuals, and training materials are part of the package.

Training and Technical Support

QuakeLogic provides remote training to help users learn the system. Training covers setup, calibration, scanning, and data processing. In addition, support continues until users can complete the data collection process on their own.

The system also comes with a three-year warranty. Finally, remote technical support helps users with software, operation, and basic troubleshooting.

Why Choose the QL-HyperBench?

The QL-HyperBench Reflectance System combines scanning, lighting, calibration, and software in one platform. As a result, it reduces the need for separate lab tools. It offers a practical solution for research teams that need reliable spectral data and a simple workflow.
