The QL-Servo Electromechanic Actuator 60 Kips delivers precise force and position control for high-force testing applications. It provides a force capacity of 267 kN / 60 Kips and a total stroke of 300 mm, making it suitable for material testing, structural testing, component testing, and laboratory research.
This actuator uses a servo motor, planetary gearbox, and ball screw mechanism to generate controlled linear motion. In addition, the integrated analog load cell measures real-time force, while the quadrature encoder provides accurate position feedback. As a result, operators can perform controlled and repeatable tests with reliable measurement data.
The system supports both Position Control and Force Control modes. Users can switch between these modes through the EasyTest CONTROL software. Therefore, the actuator can perform point-to-point motion, sinusoidal motion, or custom test profiles according to the test requirement.
The included control box manages servo drive operation, encoder feedback, digital inputs and outputs, laser sensor configuration, load cell signal reading, and Ethernet communication with the control computer. Moreover, the laser position sensor helps protect the actuator by limiting movement beyond the mechanical stroke range.
The QL-Servo Electromechanic Actuator 60 Kips is designed for integration with an existing load frame. It offers a strong electromechanical alternative for laboratories that require high-force testing without a hydraulic actuator system.
