The QL-PipeVision Pro 1000 is a professional sewer pipeline CCTV inspection system for municipal utilities, public works teams, contractors, and infrastructure inspection professionals.
It helps operators inspect sewer lines, stormwater networks, culverts, industrial pipelines, and underground utility systems. Also, the system supports pipeline inspection from DN100 to DN1000.
The system includes a Full HD 1920 × 1080 pan-and-tilt inspection camera. As a result, operators can view pipeline conditions clearly during field inspections.
In addition, the camera supports continuous 360° endless pan rotation. It also includes 10× optical zoom, 12× digital zoom, automatic focus, and manual focus. Therefore, users can inspect cracks, defects, joints, and pipe surfaces in detail.
The QL-PipeVision Pro 1000 uses a heavy-duty six-wheel drive crawler platform. It includes dual high-torque electric drive motors, an electric camera lift, and automatic camera height adjustment.
Moreover, the crawler supports interchangeable wheel sets. This helps the system adapt to different pipe diameters and inspection conditions.
