QL-UNISHAKE 500 – Uniaxial Earthquake Shake Table

The QL-UNISHAKE 500 is a high-performance uniaxial earthquake shake table designed for seismic simulation, structural dynamics research, and accelerograph calibration. Featuring a 500 kg payload capacity, ±1 g acceleration, ±150 mm stroke, and 0.1–30 Hz frequency range, it delivers precise, repeatable horizontal motion through advanced servo technology and closed-loop PID control.

Equipped with QL-SHAKECONTROL software, earthquake record playback, FFT analysis, and response spectrum tools, this USA-manufactured seismic testing system is ideal for universities, research laboratories, and earthquake engineering applications.

OVERVIEW

Description

The QL-UNISHAKE 500 Uniaxial Earthquake Shake Table is a high-performance system for earthquake testing, research, and teaching. It creates controlled ground motion to help engineers study how structures respond to earthquakes.

The system supports a 500 kg (1,102 lb) payload at ±1 g acceleration. In addition, it offers a ±150 mm stroke and a peak speed of 500 mm/s. Its 1.0 × 1.0 m platform provides ample space for small-scale test models.

Precision Motion and Reliable Performance

The QL-UNISHAKE 500 uses an AC servo motor and a precision ball screw. Together, these parts provide smooth and repeatable motion.

Moreover, the system operates across a 0.1–30 Hz frequency range. Its closed-loop PID control also helps maintain accurate motion during each test.

As a result, users can run controlled tests and compare results with greater ease.

Advanced Software and Earthquake Simulation

The included QL-SHAKECONTROL software makes test setup and motion control simple. Users can import real earthquake records in .txt, .csv, and PEER .AT2 formats.

In addition, the software supports sine waves, sweeps, chirps, white noise, shock signals, and custom motion patterns.

Users can also scale, filter, and adjust input signals before each test. Furthermore, built-in FFT tools and response spectra help users review test data.
