SARA SL06: MULTICHANNEL DATALOGGER AND SEISMOGRAPH
The SL06 seismograph stands as a high-performance recorder, leveraging a Linux operating system to capture seismic signals with high precision and stores them on standard USB flash drives.
Description
Offering data quality comparable to the SR04, the SL06 serves as both a digitizer and a recorder, allowing the utilization of various internet services such as TCP/IP, HTTP, TELNET, FTP, and SMTP. Its connectivity to seismic software is assured through the Linux OS by miniseed and SeedLink.
The storage capacity is reliant on popular USB memory units, providing ample space for data recording.
Consuming only 3W of power for its 3 channels, the SL06 is optimal for remote permanent monitoring where energy resources are limited. It is available in several versions:
- SL06BB – BroadBand: Compatible with our BroadBand sensor SS-08.
- SL06 – 3 channel: Usable with our passive sensors (SS-45/20) or active (SS-10/08/02/01, SA-10, or MEMS) ranging from mono to triaxial, embedded or external, and surface or in well (SS-BHV or SA-BHV).
- SL06 – multichannel 4, 6, 8, 9, 12: Compatible with our passive sensors (SS-45/20) or active (SS-10/08/02/01, SA-10, or MEMS), external mono to triaxial, and surface or in well (SS-BHV or SA-BHV).
- SL06 – DP: Usable with our SR04 or another digitizer.
APPLICATIONS
The SL06BB is especially adept for Broad Band sensor recording, making it ideal for permanent networks, small local networks, single stations, and microseismic networks. While it can accept signals from any sensor, it is particularly complementary to Broad Band sensors like our SS08.
