It features Siemens CNC control, a BT40 spindle, an 8,000 rpm spindle speed, a 24-position automatic tool changer, and an integrated 210 mm fourth-axis rotary table.
The QuakeLogic QL-Vertex is a factory-new CNC vertical machining center. It is designed for production machining, prototyping, technical education, and CNC operator training.
The machine supports many common machining processes. These include milling, drilling, tapping, boring, contouring, and multi-sided machining.
Its large axis travels allow operators to machine complex parts. Meanwhile, its rigid motion system provides accurate and repeatable movement.
The QL-Vertex uses an industrial Siemens CNC control system. The control supports reliable programming, tool offsets, work offsets, graphics, and program verification.
English-language programming and operation are available. In addition, a manual pulse generator provides direct axis control during setup.

It also protects the operator during high-speed machining. A work light improves visibility, while a three-color status light shows the machine’s operating condition.
A premium CNC simulator is available with the system. It includes a dedicated control interface, display, operator controls, and handwheel.
