Workflow Library Definition
The engineering workflow library standardizes how QuakeLogic customers move from industry problem to complete monitoring system, documentation package, commissioning plan, and long-term operations.
| Workflow | Engineering output |
|---|---|
| Planning | Define asset, engineering question, measured quantity, project constraints, standards context, and RFQ success criteria. |
| Site Assessment | Review access, power, telemetry, environmental exposure, mounting locations, safety restrictions, and maintenance constraints. |
| Sensor Selection | Choose sensors by measurement type, range, frequency, accuracy, environment, calibration, and compatibility with acquisition hardware. |
| Installation | Document mounting, orientation, cable routing, enclosure, grounding, power, labeling, and site acceptance checks. |
| Calibration | Capture source calibration records, field checks, channel scaling, traceability needs, and recalibration intervals. |
| Commissioning | Verify channels, timestamps, telemetry, alarms, dashboards, reports, documentation, and owner handoff. |
| Data Collection | Define sampling, event triggers, storage, retention, backup, metadata, and quality review. |
| Monitoring | Operate dashboards, alerts, threshold review, engineering interpretation, and escalation workflow. |
| Maintenance | Schedule inspections, battery or power checks, sensor checks, firmware review, documentation updates, and spare accessories. |
| Reporting | Deliver trend summaries, event reports, calibration records, change logs, and engineering review notes. |
| Long-Term Operations | Maintain ownership, data governance, document versioning, training, lifecycle replacement, and periodic RFQ review. |
