The QL-ForceMax 3000 is a fully automatic concrete compression testing machine with 3000 kN capacity, closed-loop servo hydraulic control, computer-controlled operation, real-time monitoring, ASTM preset testing profiles, and automatic report generation for concrete and construction material testing.
The QL-ForceMax 3000 Automatic Concrete Compression Testing Machine helps laboratories test concrete, cement, and structural construction materials with high accuracy.
It is a fully automatic and computer-controlled system. Therefore, operators can perform repeatable compression tests with less manual effort.
The machine uses a heavy-duty four-column load frame and a rigid steel structure. As a result, it provides stable performance during long-term laboratory use.
The system offers a maximum testing capacity of 3000 kN / 674,000 lbf. In addition, it provides Class 0.5 accuracy, ±1% load accuracy, and 1/500,000 full-scale load resolution.
QL-ForceMax 3000 uses a closed-loop servo hydraulic loading system. Moreover, it supports automatic loading rate control, constant-rate stress control, and constant-rate displacement control.
The automatic piston advance system also helps improve test control. Because of this, users can run smooth and consistent compression tests.
The control system includes real-time graphical monitoring and adjustable loading rates. Also, it includes ASTM preset testing profiles, automatic load cell zeroing, and pause/resume test functionality.
The software records test data and creates automatic reports. For example, reports can include specimen ID, test method, specimen dimensions, loading rate, maximum load, compressive strength, correction factors, and fracture type.
The QL-ForceMax 3000 supports several major standards, including ASTM C39, ASTM C78, ASTM C469, ASTM C496, ASTM C1856, ASTM E4, AASHTO T22, EN 12390-3, EN 12390-4, and ISO 7500-1.
