QL-Fortis Pro 1000
The QL-Fortis Pro 1000 is a high-capacity electro-hydraulic universal testing machine for compression and tensile testing of construction materials. With 1,000 kN force capacity, ±0.5% accuracy, and compliance with ASTM and AASHTO standards, it is ideal for testing concrete cylinders, grout cubes, and reinforcing steel in professional laboratory environments.
OVERVIEW
Description
The QL-Fortis Pro 1000 is an electro-hydraulic universal testing machine for compression and tensile testing of construction materials. It is designed for laboratories that need reliable performance and accurate results. The system works in line with ASTM and AASHTO standards.
It delivers up to 1,000 kN (224,800 lbf) of force and provides ±0.5% load accuracy. In addition, it supports a programmable displacement range of 0.05 to 100 mm/min. This allows the machine to handle both low-speed and controlled-rate testing procedures.
The QL-Fortis Pro 1000 is suitable for several common specimen types. These include:
- Concrete cylinders
- Grout cubes
- Reinforcing steel specimens
The machine is also practical for laboratory installation. It can be installed on a standard reinforced lab floor and does not require a special foundation. Moreover, the system uses 208–240 VAC single-phase power, which makes electrical planning easier in existing facilities.
Because of its high capacity, precise control, and straightforward installation, the QL-Fortis Pro 1000 is a strong solution for civil engineering, structural testing, and material qualification laboratories.
