Description
The QL-PolyForge is a robotic polymer 3D printing cell for large-format industrial production. It combines a 6-axis robotic platform with a precision thermoplastic extrusion system. As a result, it delivers stable output, repeatable performance, and accurate part production.
This system supports advanced additive manufacturing workflows in industrial environments. It offers a 2013 mm reach, a 16 kg payload, and a printing volume of at least 1.8 m³. In addition, it provides extrusion throughput up to 6 kg/h and a maximum temperature of 450°C.
QL-PolyForge also includes an integrated material drying and feeding system. Therefore, operators can maintain a consistent material flow during production. The Intel x86-based control system supports reliable operation, while the modular architecture allows flexible integration.
