QuakeLogic QL-CarbonX Handheld LIBS Analyzer
The QL-CarbonX is a high-precision handheld LIBS analyzer designed for accurate carbon determination and rapid alloy identification in steels. Fully compliant with IAEA RFQ 665846-MLP, it delivers laboratory-grade results directly in the field with automatic calibration, built-in argon purge, and a robust handheld design.
OVERVIEW
Description
The QL-CarbonX LIBS Analyzer from QuakeLogic sets a new benchmark for on-site elemental analysis of carbon and alloy steels. Utilizing Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), the instrument provides real-time quantitative and qualitative analysis without damaging the sample.
Designed specifically for industrial inspections, regulatory compliance, laboratories, and public-sector field operations, the QL-CarbsonX delivers reliable carbon measurements. Traditionally, measuring carbon is one of the most challenging elements to analyze in handheld systems. Its Opti-Purge argon system eliminates atmospheric interference. As a result, it ensures accurate low-carbon detection without the need for external gas cylinders.
The analyzer features fully automatic calibration with an integrated SS316 reference standard and continuous drift correction. In addition, it includes a material library of over 500 international alloy grades (ASTM, EN, DIN, JIS, GB). A bright 2.7-inch color touchscreen, integrated camera, laser targeting, and Android-based software provide an intuitive and secure user experience.
Built in the USA under an ISO 9000-compliant quality system, the QL-CarbonX is delivered fully tested and documented. Therefore, it is ready for immediate deployment.
