QL-XRF C15 – Bench-Top ED-XRF Spectrometer
High-performance bench-top ED-XRF spectrometer for non-destructive elemental analysis from Carbon (C) to Uranium (U), supporting solids, liquids, and powders with advanced software and automated sample handling.
OVERVIEW
Description
The QL-XRF C15 is a state-of-the-art bench-top Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence (ED-XRF) spectrometer. It is designed for precise, non-destructive elemental analysis in modern laboratory environments. It is engineered in accordance with the IAEA CHI5056 ED-XRF Benchtop Spectrometer Specification. As a result, it delivers reliable performance for research, quality control, and regulatory applications.
The system provides complete elemental coverage from Carbon (C) to Uranium (U). This enables accurate determination of major, minor, and trace elements across a wide range of sample types. Solid materials, liquid samples, loose powders, and pressed pellets can all be analyzed with minimal sample preparation. Therefore, this makes the QL-XRF C15 a versatile solution for multi-disciplinary laboratories.
Equipped with a high-resolution Silicon Drift Detector (≤135 eV), a 50 kV Rh X-ray tube, and automated excitation filters, the instrument ensures excellent spectral separation and quantitative accuracy. Integrated vacuum and helium purge options enhance sensitivity for light elements. Meanwhile, the large sample chamber allows analysis of bulky or irregularly shaped specimens.
The QL-XRF C15 is controlled via an advanced PC-based software platform, offering real-time spectral acquisition, quantitative and semi-quantitative analysis, automated element identification, and customizable reporting. In addition, the instrument features an integrated automatic sample changer and comprehensive operator training. As a result, the system delivers high throughput, operational efficiency, and long-term analytical reliability.
