STAND-ALONE MODE

The box retrieves the data every hour via the serial link of the MB3d and stores them in an internal memory. User data recovery is made through a secure SFTP access with a personal login and password. A daily tree structure is created archiving the miniSEED and health status files.

Download speed : less than 1 min for 1 GB at 32 MBps

STREAMING MODE

The box performs a direct conversion of the serial communication on an Ethernet network. All the functionalities offered by the MB3d remain accessible to Dionos software (parameter setting, sending commands, streaming, data downloading… etc).

Download speed : 30min for 1 GB at 115200 beds (« Memory Management » tab under Dionos software)

ELECTRICAL INTERFACES

– 1 x 18 pst Fischer connector specific to the MB3d

– 1 x Molex RJ45 female connector (IP67) with a CAT5 cable (maximum communication distance of the Ethernet cable: 100 meters between each repeater with a CAT5 cable.)

– 2 x wires 1.5mm2 available for 12V power supply (a specific connector can be added according to the customer’s needs)

Memory : 8 GB extensible to 64 GB with SD memory card)

Low consumption : In stand-alone mode, the MB3d set with IP box costumes 130 mA under 12V (~1.5 W).
